How much does shipping cost?
To make sure your order arrives as beautiful as the day it left our workshop, a tremendous amount of care and effort goes into custom packaging and shipping. Our shipping rates include the cost of parcel, custom packaging materials and extensive labor. Note: For those times when you are using a discount code, shipping rates are calculated using the original, non-discounted prices. More detailed shipping charts are shown below.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? I will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. If the packaging arrives damaged please check the artwork. The art is packaged very well to prevent damage in shipping. If damage does happen please photograph the damage and send to me right away. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping.
